INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Southern-Style Brown Gravy Mix, prepared
2. 42 Hoagie rolls, toasted (optional)
3. 168 Meatballs, cooked (1 to 2 oz. each
4. 5 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
5. 4 bunches Parsley, chopped

INSTrUCTIONS

1. Hold gravy at 165°F during service.
2. Ladle 1 oz. of prepared gravy onto bottom of bun.
3. Top with 4 (or desired amount) meatballs onto bun and then top with another 2 oz. of gravy.
4. Add 2 oz. of cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
