1. 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
2. 4 bottles Extra stout beer
3. 6 cups Brown mustard, prepared
4. 4 tsp. Black pepper
5. 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
6. 1 tsp. Cloves, ground
7. 1 tsp. Nutmeg, ground
8. 1 tsp. Allspice, ground
1. Add all ingredients to prepared soup base, stirring vigorously to fully incorporate.
2. Bring to a low simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Hold at 165°F during service.
