PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat Convection Oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Position frozen pre-portioned dough on parchment lined baking
sheet in 2 x 3 pattern for 1/2 sheet pan, and 3 x 4 pattern for a full
sheet.
3. Place tray into oven and bake 16-20 minutes.
4. Remove cookies when they appear slightly undercooked and the
edges are golden brown. Don’t overbake. Our cookies finish baking
while cooling. Allow 20-30 minutes to cool.
