1. 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
2. 4 Tbsp. Butter
3. 2 Red onions, chopped
4. 2 tsp. Cumin
5. 4 tsp. Chili powder
6. 1 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
7. Juice from 8 limes
1. Sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add to prepared soup base.
2. Add cumin and chili powder and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Serve over poultry, pasta, or rice.
